The blue colors in the sky and ocean are are very beautiful this time. Also, I like the outcome of the stars. This is a peaceful and spiritual picture. If you want to know why I think it is spiritual it is because of the three lights in the distance. The two lines in the sky are like two paths that have crossed.

My Brother James Thomas Alexander Leland sent me your site.. He knows I love photos….
My Dad is also a James, Leonard James but goes by his nicknames “Ben” or “Bennett”
We live in NB Canada, but Dad has lots of relatives through out the states & also a nephew James In BC.
I am going to bookmark your site… I really like the Gate in this one.

I like how this image includes the ocean. The ocean gives some weight to the composition and gives a nice connection to the moon. The moon is nestled in the center of the picture with the cradle of the ocean. It reminds me about the gravatational pull that the moon has on the ocean. It reminds me of a choir arrangement I sang with the womens choir last year, “The Moon is Distant form the Sea” poem by Emily Dickinson.
